6. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Perishable goods, custom products, and opened food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EZ Candy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EZ Candy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
